Jessica Pierry, PE is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida. Ms. Pierry has extensive knowledge of engineering design for buildings, applicable codes, current design software, project management and the construction process. Projects include a variety of sizes and applications from a small as an ADA accessible restroom added to an existing office building to as large as high rises. The range of projects in between consist of large equipment change out / replacements (Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers and DOAS) university buildings, offices, multi-use, condominiums, apartments, townhouses, single family homes, restaurants, coffee shops, retail spaces, car dealerships, grocery stores, science labs, hotels and more. In addition to engineering design Ms. Pierry has experience in energy modeling and energy use reduction analysis.
Ms. Pierry has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University where she was performed lab work for NASA and flew an experiment she helped design on a NASA reduced-gravity aircraft. Ms. Pierry also has a family history of engineering beginning with her grandfather, Robert Francis Pierry, who was issued a professional engineering license from the state of New Jersey in 1965 and owned several engineering and construction companies throughout his life. Ms. Pierry has an innate appreciation of engineering and looks to help shape the world through a multi-generational view towards the future.
